Carla introduces a special double-screening at the Hammer Museum, hosted by the UCLA Film and Television Archive, and supported by the Promise Armenian Institute at UCLA and the Armenian Film Foundation.  Two restored films of legendary Armenian American film director Rouben Mamoulian were screened in the Billy Wilder Theater.  Applause (1929) and Love Me Tonight (1932) are among eight Mamoulian films restored by the UCLA Film and Television Archive.
